Our sealing brushes are available in many forms and with a wide variety of profiles. These profiles can also be used as mounting flanges, for example in a self-adhesive design, or fixed by screws or by welding. As our standard types which are available from stock we chose our most demanded sealing brushes concerning the trim heights and overall lengths. Our standard types we supply from stock in 7 different profile types made of galvanised steel, heat-resistant also in high thermal fluctuations. The stock types are filled with polyamide (PA6), mane hair (MAH) and phosphorbronze-wire (PHB).

Franke slim bearings of the type LSA convince by their smooth running, extremely compact installation space, simple mounting and favourable price. Slim bearings of type LSA consist of an inner and outer race with hardened and profiled raceways and a plastic cage with retained balls. These brush types are especially versatile to mount and visually adaptable. The core material is PVC, resistant to acids and alcalines and suitable for temperatures from -40°C to +60°C. We deliver our standard types from stock in 15 different profile types, filled with synthetic filaments of polyamide (PA6) and polypropylene (PP). The Z+F PROFILER® 9012 has a vertical 360° field-of-view and is the fastest profile imaging 2D laser measurement system in its class. With its scan rate of more than 1 million points per second and a maximum scanning speed of 200 profiles/sec. short distances between the profiles can be achieved even at high speeds of the carrier vehicle. Because of the high point density, even small objects are registered and processed by the software. Because the laser measurement system corresponds to laser class 1, the scanner can be used in urban environments without any restriction. A hardware-assisted pixel-by-pixel synchronization makes it possible to process signals form external devices. As a result, the position and orientation of the scan data can be determined.

Mit unseren Abdeckprofilen lassen sich Profilnuten in unterschiedlichen Farben schließen. Entweder dezent in grau oder alufarbig oder mit Signalfarben, um z.B. Zugänge schnell sichtbar darzustellen. Die Abdeckprofile lassen sich beliebig einsetzen und bei Bedarf wieder entnehmen, falls eine Zugänglichkeit zur Profilnut gewünscht wird. Darüber hinaus schützen sie vor Staub und Verschmutzung. Mit unseren Einfassprofilen lassen sich sämtliche Flächenelemente und Füllungen wie Polycarbonat, Echtglas, Bleche, Verbundplatten oder Gitter in die Profilnut sauber und stabil einfassen. Unser breites, durchdachtes Spektrum ermöglicht fast jede Kombinationsmöglichkeit an Einfassung in jegliche Profilnut.
